Everyone I have met with at MD Anderson offices have been amazing including the receptionist that check you in and out. I can't say I've ever encountered this much friendliness and compassion at other doctor offices. Everyone seems to really enjoy working here.

All my providers are very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind & understanding. Answers all my questions that I may have. When I leave the space I understand what is going on.

Re; question 12 if I needed for my doctor to call me with results before an appointment, I'm sure he would. So far I haven't need a call before an appointment because my results could wait until I saw the doctor I am very happy and very grateful for the care I receive at Cooper. Dr. Alex is wonderful.

Whatever delay in seeing doctor is very understandable. He is incredibly thorough and patient. There is absolutely no rushing you. And, quite simply, this takes time.
