Communication is key to a positive outcome. I waited 40 minutes before being escorted to a treatment room. Upon arrival, the front desk staff should advise of any delay and inform the medical assistant of patient waiting. If someone had advised me of the wait time I woul have the option to reschedule or wait to be seen. Better communication between front desk and back office is essential to a smooth operation.

Very courteous staff and outstanding doctor. Very knowledgeable doctor and never makes you feel she is in a hurry. Very kind.

The entire staff is very warm and friendly. I did receive a text to show up 15 minutes prior to appt and then was told I was early. That doesn't make sense and I won't to it again, my appt was for 8:20, I arrived shortly after 8 and wasn't taken back to exam room until 8:50

The employees in the office are the best! They show care, compassion, kindness are very organized! Dr Solitro is a wonderful doctor, she takes the time with the patient to listen and answers all questions and concerns with compassion.

From the time we walked through the door, we felt that the kindness of the people who were working there, we felt that they were efficient, we felt that they were knowledgeable, and that they were there to help us as much as they could.
