  1. Select “Schedule an Appointment” on the “Visits” page.
  2. On the right navigation pane, the “Talk to a Doctor” link will direct you to the On Demand workflow.
  3. Verify your location and validate your device.
  4. Complete the eCheck-In process, and you’re all set! 
  5. You’ll then wait a short time to connect with the next available provider. Wait times can be as quick as five minutes.

Who we treat:
Patients must be ages 18 or older and must reside in New Jersey.

Any cell phone (iPhone/Android) with audio and video capabilities can be used.

Does health insurance cover telemedicine appointments?
Yes, health insurance is used for the visit.

What about prescriptions? 
If a prescription is needed, the provider will send an order to your pharmacy.

What if an in-person appointment is necessary?
The On-demand provider will assess your symptoms and determine whether you need an in-person visit to a Cooper Primary Care office or Cooper Urgent Care.
