My doctor and the team at Cooper have always been - and continue to be - caring, empathetic, kind, knowledgeable and share pertinent information in a way that can be clearly understood. They have always answered my questions and have always been kind and impressive.

My appt was an annual check-up and I was told by Dr. Jain that this was her last appt with me. I really would have liked to know that prior to coming in, so I could make a decision about seeing her or moving into a new physician's office for continued care. I wish her much success.

I've yet to have any problems when emailing questions to the staff. They are always helpful. It is one of my favorite parts of the Cooper system that my questions are treated like I matter. Thank you for that and for your staff. Asking questions to a computer is not comforting, but knowing you'll get an answers eases the stress.

As always, Dr. Jain was well prepared for our appointment. She spent time going over test results to make sure I understood. Dr. Jain was thorough, compassionate and professional. I always feel confident with choosing Dr. Jain as my PCP.
