She completed neuropsychology internships at various settings across the lifespan, including private practices focusing on child and adolescent assessment, as well as the outpatient neurology department at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Terrell completed her post-doctoral fellowship at an outpatient pediatric neuropsychological assessment clinic (LEAP) at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, and then continued her work at a neuropsychological private practice in Pennsylvania. Dr. Terrell is a licensed clinical psychologist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
