Beth Green
BETH GREEN, SPHR, PCC
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Ms. Green serves as the strategic and operational leader for all aspects of Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for attracting, developing, retaining, and fully engaging our people to drive organizational performance and the exceptional Cooper experience. Ms. Green was most recently vice president of Talent Management at Cooper.

Ms. Green started her health care career at Cooper in 1988 and has held progressive human resources leadership roles since that time. Before rejoining Cooper in 2013, she ran her own coaching and consulting company, which helped individuals and organizations drive exceptional business and personal results. She has more than 30 years of human resources experience in health care and is a member of a number of professional human resources and executive organizations. She has been an officer and member of the New Jersey Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (NJSHHRA) and also served on the Labor and Legislative Committee for the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administrators (ASHHRA). She currently serves as a board member for the Camden County Workforce Development Board. She also serves as a board member for the Cathedral Kitchen, whose mission is to help people out of food insecurity and champion their pursuit of stability and prosperity.

Ms. Green graduated from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and a focus in human resources. She earned her master’s degree in human organizational science at Villanova University. Ms. Green is a certified executive coach, is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-certified, and has achieved a number of professional certifications in her field: Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Success Coach (CSC), and certified facilitator for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
