Senior Vice President, Ambulatory Operations

Ms. Winn is responsible for the vision, innovation and development of Ambulatory Operations and the MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper University Health Care.

Prior to joining Cooper in 2013, Ms. Winn was the executive director of Aria Health Torresdale Campus where she was responsible for hospital operations and campus growth and development. During her 25 year career in health care, she served in numerous leadership positions at Paoli Hospital/Main Line Health, Bridgeport Hospital/Yale New Haven Health in Connecticut, and at Pennsylvania Hospital/University of Pennsylvania Health System. Throughout her tenure, she led teams that created new services for patients and the community including new outpatient cancer services at Bridgeport Hospital, the new emergency department at Torresdale, and the Level II trauma program at Paoli Hospital. 

Ms. Winn is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and has served nationally and locally in leadership positions. She currently serves as a member of the accreditation council for the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) and a member of the American Cancer Society South Jersey Leadership Council. She has previously served on the boards of Northeast Family YMCA, Old Pine Community Center, and Groundwork Bridgeport. She has been recognized as an “Up and Comer” by Modern Healthcare and by the Pennsylvania ACHE Regent with the Early Careerist Award.

A graduate of Furman University, Ms. Winn also received a doctor of philosophy in health services from Walden University, a master’s degree in organizational dynamics from University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in hospital administration from University of South Carolina.
