Robert Gibbs
Vice President, Financial Operations

Mr. Gibbs oversees the operating and capital budgets, business analytics, reimbursement, and business system implementation and maintenance. He has been at Cooper for more than 18 years in various financial and operational roles. Prior to joining Cooper, Mr. Gibbs was a physician practice administrator for 10 years at a private practice in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Gibbs earned his bachelor of science in management with a concentration in finance from University of Texas at Dallas. He has also achieved an executive leadership certificate from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
