Dr. Prettelt is the most caring, empathetic, and pleasant doctor I have ever had. He always listens and never talks down to me. I often wish I could tell him how much it means to me to have his respect enough to enjoy shared decision making. He is simply an amazing human being as well as an incredibly caring and efficient doctor!

He was very polite and kind and personable paid very close attention to everything I was saying as far as what was wrong with me. I was pleasantly surprised I had never had him before and he was just discreet. Thank you, Cooper.
