Dr Chinn is thorough and gentle in delivery. Had a difficult situation this visit and he was respectful and asked/answered questions to guide me. Staff is always pleasant.

New dr for me he's great very thorough and explains so you understand. I was upset when getting new dr but very satisfied.

The clinic is always very cleaned.

Everything was exceptional from the care to the service, from the young ladies or the receptionist area to the check-in time. Everything was perfect. I walked in, no wait, and when speaking with Dr. Chen, it's extremely pleasant. He gives me all the information that I need and he does generally care about my overall health. And he makes suggestions on how I can improve my health and you can tell that he's definitely a caring physician and I appreciate Cooper in every way. Thank you.

I felt as if I wasn't completely seen as a person. They treated my problem without truly seeing me. The experience felt mechanical.

I was the first person in the office I arrived at 6:45 for 7 am appointment I wasn't seen until 7:28 I was about to leave because of the delay.

I like my new primary care provider, but I miss Dr. Khan.
