Carla spent a lot of time with me which I appreciated because I'm the type of patient that asks a lot of questions. She was technically knowledgeable which is by far the quality that is most important to me in a provider. The rest is just icing on the cake. You can be quite caring, considerate, empathetic and a great listener but if you don't have the technical chops there is really no point to my visit.

Everyone was friendly & polite. Carla was amazing. I was happy to hear that she was going to be my provider. Told me like it was and I'm grateful for that. No need to sugar coat anything.
