After neglecting routine health care for a number of years I joined this practice after my regular GP office (not Cooper) was not able to see me for 2 WEEKS after reporting a serious high blood pressure issue. This office booked me an appointment the next day and Dr. Gill has been understanding, patient and supportive in getting my health back on track. That initial appt was in fall 2022. This [Date] 2 appt was to check on my BP progress. We made a decision to change my meds to address leg swelling. Dr. Gill has been great to work with. I feel listened to and supported.

Informed of delay on my arrival with option to reschedule. Doctor told me about my records and things that needed to get done ("care gaps") that I didn't know about.
