The staff member who made my original appointment advised she would contact me as soon as she had a cancellation. She did call me and got me a better appointment time which I appreciated very much. The assistant who took my vitals was very considerate, kind and courteous. Dr. Gross is always attentive and a very good listener. He is gentle and kind. So happy I found him to attend to my medical needs.
