I have been trying to reach the billing department. I have been sitting in a queue two different times for 30 minutes. I will not sit that long again. They claim that I have an outstanding bill from an old hospitalization. Never been in the hospital at Cooper before. So you need someone to call back because I'm not calling you. Thank you.
