I felt Dr. Lacay took a deep interest in my questions and gave complete, thorough answers and was patient and kind. Willing to try again if I was not understanding his initial explanation. I (my son's primary care giver) am hard of hearing. When I informed Dr. Lacay of my hearing issues, he immediately changed his seating position to sit facing me and started talking louder to accommodate my hearing loss. I never had to remind him that I was hard of hearing. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Lacay!

Dr lacay has always been my go to provider, he will take his time with you and listen, he does not make you feel like your concerns are wrong.

Dr. Lacay listened to, and addressed everything I had to say. He seemed concerned and willing to help me with my issues, he asked me plenty of questions and each time listened to everything I had to say.
