My visit was ahead of time. I had seen the PA and been treated before my scheduled time. The PA Was pleasant, kind and respectful. He listened to my concerns and took them with appropriate seriousness. I would see Mr. Jackson again.

Marisol at the desk is amazing. We are always greeted with a smile. She always knows what to do to get a scheduled and have all the correct paperwork for us. She's a definite asset to your team.

This was my 1st time meeting him. When you see how comfortable and caring doctor as on TV you wish you had a doctor like that. Well he was just a TV doctor, I wish all of them were as nice and kind as he was.

Frank Jackson and all the attendings were among the best, most personable, most sympathetic medical professionals I've ever used. All went out of their way to explain everything they were doing right down to Frank Jackson doing a drawing explaining my shoulder injury. He gave me all the treatment options and let me decide. He showed me a sonogram? Of my shoulder and how an injection could help. It worked! I had the best pain free night in weeks and so far the nagging pain has subsided. I was also given exercises for strengthening my shoulder and a Followup appointment. The checkout was also fast and easy with a full printout of my visit and treatment.
