My visit was ahead of time. I had seen the PA and been treated before my scheduled time. The PA Was pleasant, kind and respectful. He listened to my concerns and took them with appropriate seriousness. I would see Mr. Jackson again.

Frank was excellent.Made the patient feel comfortable. Frank took more than enough time with me to answer all of my questions.

I was taken care of very well considering the problems that have taken on in the past two years - COVID and transportation.

Mr. Jackson was so very helpful and even looked at my xrays and my chart before walking in to see me. He examined me and explained xray findings as well as his assessment. He did the procedure in the office with ultrasound guided injection. He was very attentive before, during and after the procedure, fully explaining things to me. We made a plan for me to come back and how we would continue with treatment. He also said if I had any questions or had any problem, I could call him, then said I could use the Cooper Patient Portal and he would respond to that as well. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and I trust his ability in his field. He was professional, and still a nice person, with personality and friendliness. He had an assistant, Olivia, who was equally nice and very helpful. I would definitely refer someone to see him for evaluation and treatment. Thank yo for giving me the opportunity to express my gratitude.
