I followed Dr. Wittmer from Jefferson to Cooper because he is one of the best doctor's I have ever had. He is excellent, takes the time to listen and explains things clearly. I am very satisfied with the care that I receive. I also find the office convenient and the staff very pleasant.

Dr. Witmer an extraordinarily perceptive, informative and supportive physician - an unusually competent, caring and sensitive professional who is always thorough, patient and appropriate in patient interactions in every way. Cooper University Physicians is very fortunate to have him on staff (as are his patients). Throw in "responsive" as he replies promptly to any in person as well as emailed questions - the latter often beyond the parameters of normal "office hours".
