This appointment was made through MyChart communication. When I arrived, the receptionist found it was not scheduled. She checked MyChart to view the communication and continued to schedule me immediately. This was quite a relief.

Dr Friedman has always been a doctor that you can talk to and know that he listens to what you have to say. He treats people with respect, listens and answers all of your questions and concerns.
