Dr. Heinz is a wonderful provider. However, I have twice been the recipient of canceled appointments that weren't done personally and not rescheduled in a timely manner until I really pushed the issue. I am a former health provider also and we do have to make cancellations and changes to our schedule, but there should be an appointment soon after the one canceled ready for me if you are canceling my appointment.
