My experience with Dr. Zefren was very positive. He was very kind and made me feel safe as I went through several procedures.

Overall, the experience was excellent. From scheduling to consult to procedure, the team made it easy. The staff and medical professionals were all super friendly, concerned about me, and clear in their communication. Hopefully I won't need another vasectomy, but I won't hesitate to come to this office for any other urology needs I might have in the future.
