As a new patient, I was very happy with the level of detail concerning my condition.

The PA took me to the exam room and spent time with me. Dr Karpoff saw me at 7:15 before office hours, and spent a very long time with me. She was compassionate and carefully explained everything to me. I understood things much better when I left !
