I was a New Patient on [Date] , despite that I saw Dr. Monte Carlo at a former place of employment for him 2020 and prior. I worked as a lead Medical Secretary in NE PA for the past 2 years and, given that experience, can say absolutely and definitively that this Cooper office was a pleasure to visit as a patient. The personnel behind the desks were so very friendly, kind, considerate, and professional. Dr. Monte Carlo provided me with detailed, helpful information about my concerns for which I am grateful.
