Yes, I go all the way back to Dr. Anthony Sherman, many, many years now, probably 30 years. And Dr. Roy is actually listed as my primary care and I have had several times where he has been out sick and out traveling and Dr. Roy is excellent. But I must say that I have had Dr. Olga Schweiker-Kahn as my doctor on several of the visits and she is just totally awesome, very, very happy and she definitely gives a damn and definitely she has gained my trust.

From the moment I walked into the office - everyone has been more that wonderful - from the Doctor, staff and when I left - the gentleman that sign me out - was more than wonderful and so kind to me. In a world that is upside down - I feel safe and I know I am getting good care - I am very grateful for a wonderful team - thank you

First try trying to make appointment the phone lines were never picked up after having waited 33 minutes. I had to go to work. Hours later when they were picked up, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. A comment that I did make to my doctor, I felt as though there was a slight " snicker" made by her. I suggested that I thought I would need an x-ray. The doctor then agreed I should. I was told the results would be back within one day. I am now on the second day and have not received any information whatsoever. The individual commented that Cooper is extremely busy and can't get to all the results very quickly. I know from being in the business world that that is not an answer to give to a customer. I am now being told that I will have to wait until after the weekend to get any results. This is very concerning to me. I am seriously hoping that there is not an infection whatsoever in my leg and nothing serious is going on. I would think, if there was I would've had some type of an answer by now. I am extremely disappointed. I have been dealing with this situation since I saw another doctor in the practice back in August. I was then told to just " keep an eye on it". I have no one to bring with me to my appointments. Maybe the doctors are not understanding my concern and my will to live. I feel that I am not being taken seriously. Am I to find a doctor that I can communicate with and will feel as though my life means something? Is Cooper just the wrong hospital and just getting too big to deal with? I have a lot of friends that are employed in very high positions with Cooper. I sincerely do not want to take any of my grievances to them. I hope I can find some resolution with my concerns.
