Phyllis Duda is excellent! She really cares and listens and answers. Any questions I may have. It's always a pleasure to see her once a year when I am not seeing Dr Grana who is also amazing.

Has been an excellent experience so far. EVERY staff member that I've encountered is kind, compassionate, and competent. Everyone has read my file history and correctly repeats details, very impressive. Can't say enough good things! Your employees seem to love their workplace so keep doing what you're doing.

I have probably said this before, but it bears repeating. Phyllis Duda is and has always been both professional and caring. She explains everything in a manner that is easy to comprehend. And while Phyllis is talking with me about my health and checking my record, she also asks me how I am doing in general, i.e., my family, my life, etc. Ms Duda,as busy as she is, has reached out after hours to respond to me when I needed help.
