Dr. Eid is an EXCELLENT RHEUMATOLOGIST who has ALWAYS had the best interest in her patients. I have referred several people to her because of her expertise and level of care!

This appointment was second opinion/ transfer to Cooper for new diagnosis. The receptionist who checked me in was very pleasant and checked me right away. The medical assistant, Kitara (sorry if misspelled- I forgot to ask for her proper spelling), was so sweet and made me feel comfortable especially when this diagnosis has put me in many doctor offices. Dr. Eid was very thorough and did her own exam even though I had seen a rheumatologist at another practice. Upon checking out, the individual who scheduled me for my next visit printed out my "after visit summary" and directed me to the endocrinologist office in order to make an appointment. I really appreciate that the doctors I need to see are in one area and/or within the same practice so they can see my health history. I wish I wrote down everyone's name because I want to acknowledge staff by name who provide great interactions. Also, it's always nice to be recognized by name if they ever see the survey The staff that my husband and I interacted with on [Date] were amazing!
