I have never had a bad experience

Nothing bad at all. Everyone treated me with respect and competence. They were all cheerful and personable. The facility was clean and welcoming. I love the fact that they offer parking.

Dr. Heintz always listens, ensures we are all on the same page, knows my mother's history, and genuinely cares for her. She understands my mother's personality and shows patience and understanding. She also knows that my mother has some memory issues and always makes sure that I am allowed back in the exam room to be a part of the visit so that I can hear what is said, help my aging mother understand, and help her carry out the doctor's instructions. Even when we were in the thick of the pandemic and there were restrictions on who was allowed in the room, Dr. Heintz always made an exception for me to participate in her continued care (even when receptionists tried to keep me at bay) and I appreciate that. My mother is well over 80 years old and gets confused easily. I appreciate the time she takes with us and she does not rush the visit or downplay any concerns. I have referred two other people to her; they are also pleased with her and are now her regular patients. I will continue to refer others and have been pleased overall with the cardiac Cooper doctors caring for my mother. Even the doctor who completed the loop implant [Date] , his team, and the people who took place In that process were phenomenal.

It is always a pleasure visiting this office and provide. The staff is extremely friendly, and the provider is wonderful and thorough.

Dr. Heintz is an exceptional physician. She is an expert medically, very caring, and always makes me feel safe and well cared for. She has done a great job to keep me as healthy as possible. I highly recommend her.
