I was taken to the exam room 15 minutes before my appt time.

Both Jenn and the other professionals have gone above and beyond in serving me for my care. Always making sure I have necessary appts in time and short turnaround time for any questions I might have between appts. Jenn in particular considers my whole being from physical, mental and emotional state and has even given me suggestions as to where I might find additional social/environmental resources.

I use Cooper for all my health needs. I probably have more than 5 doctors maybe more like 10 doctors. I love all the staff and doctors at Cooper and at all offices in all your locations. I have been using Cooper for 20 years and have never had any complaints.

Miss Konek was so good to me, I stated crying. When I saw her that day I was in a dark place and she listened to me and gave me information about my problem. I was going to write a letter to Mr. O'Dowd because she went beyond the duties of a professional. She was an angel to me. Give her a raise!
