Very impressed with the Doc how he spoke to me regarding my issue. Very knowledgeable and I was able to understand everything he was saying. He cares about his patience's and I will be keeping him as my Neurologist. My wife and I couldn't believe how great he was to us.

Dr. Nagele is an excellent doctor. He explains medical information and conditions in a way that is easily understood. I felt very much reassured and more knowledgeable regarding my circumstances following my most recent visit with Dr. Nagele.

Dr. Nagele is very pleasant and knowledgeable about my condition and care. He thoughtfully asks how my wife and I areMan my care at home. He and his staff have been extremely helpful in addressing our concerns regarding the cost of my medications. Just this week one of Cooper Neurology's office staff, Jalissa, obtained a tier exception from my Medicare part D for one of my seizure medications that made my , $350 copay covered with a zero dollar copay. Both Dr. Nagel and his staff are very responsive to any of our concerns.

I waited 6 months to see the provider but was very pleased with the care I was given. The receptionist are very pleasant and helpful.

Dr Nagele treats me as though I am his only patient., As soon as my wife and I enter his room he knows my background and reviews it with me. He listens to me and always takes as much time necessary to understand what I am trying to convey to him. He is very clear and concise with his information. He is truly patient and very gentle with me. He takes time at the end of our appointment to reassure me that we are going In the right direction and that helps relieve my anxiety. I always feel so much better after seeing Dr Nagele. He truly is an asset to Cooper University Physicians.
