Wished person removing the incisions prepped the area before and after the removal of incisions to prevent infections.

Nurse Bridgette and I had been communicating through My Chart regarding problems I was having after the surgery. She personally called and ask me to come into the office to check out the incisions. I so appreciate her kindness and professionalism.
