1. When taken for X-rays, would it be possible for one not to have their feet exposed to the floor? Even a small distance walking from the chair to the X-ray machine, one can pick up a germ from the floor area. I speak from experience years ago at the airport, I had to take off my sandals and my skin was exposed. From there, I developed a case of warts on the bottom of my feet. It took a long time to get rid of this. The other day when I got X-rays at your facility, I was not provided any disposable foot covering. Upon getting to my car, I took off my shoes and socks and wiped them down with antibacterial wipes. I was truly in a panic. 2. Prior to my appointment, I provided on line in my portal, a detailed summary, updating my current foot issues. I don't believe this was read prior to my visit because I had to spend time, three times, explaining the purpose for my visit. Apparently, my past history from the other hospital was not reviewed as per my online portal message. It was quite frustrating to have to explain and retell my reason for being there 3X, to the nurse, medical student, and doctor. No one was fully aware of my past history and how it is impacting my current foot condition. To date, I have not received any message back commenting on my portal entry. 3. I left my appointment with positive recommendations that I am now putting into action. I have put in paperwork for an appointment to get orthotics to address the difference in my leg lengths. I am going to PT starting next week to address my feet. I was set up with a stabilizing foot brace that day in the office, and this is really working out well. So, in conclusion, Dr. Cancell and his team really were helpful to address my left foot issues. Thank you, I appreciate your efforts.

The doctor was very attentive and knew that I was there for a diabetic follow-up session. He was exceptionally experienced and I love him a lot and I'll be back to Morristown Cooper in Morristown, New Jersey soon.
