This was the first time I've used tel-a-doc for an appointment. To be honest, the experience was easy and comfortable and came across as caring and sympathetic. Dr. Fitzgerald listened and made me feel very relaxed. It was like talking to a friend. I am looking forward to my follow up visit with her.

Telemedicine visit went poorly! This was my first experience with telemedicine. I had problems using telemedicine. My phone would not link with your system. I was also on My Cooper on my computer, and I stumbled into the telemedicine site. I have another telemedicine visit next Thursday. I hope this goes well, or I will not be able to use telemedicine.

Susan was very thorough, also explained all the steps need for all the follow up treatments and appointments. Well done.
