Dr. Schaeffer is an outstanding physician. She clearly cares about her patients and is always willing to listen to you and answer all your questions.

The visit was great! The doctor spent an hour and 10 mins. I felt very good about our treatment decision. She is very very educational.

Just wanted to make a special comment about how AWESOME Nurse Gwen was. Beyond surpassed my expectations of how I should be treated. She was just incredible and made me feel happy and relaxed. She deserves accommodations. I heard her have the same manner with other patients while I was there.

Great, helpful, informative visit with my kind, gentle, intelligent, respectful doctor. (Dr. Shaeffer) I really enjoyed the MA as well (Gwen) what a great and comforting person she is.

Dr. Schaeffer is wonderful. She knows that I have Autism' and she explains everything to me before and during her procedures. She is he only GYN that I want to see.

I wish I could remember the name of the woman who did my "intake" she took my vitals and got me ready for the Dr because she was amazing. Very bubbly and friendly personality. I was so nervous for my visit with the Dr but she made me laugh and by the time the Dr came in I was not nervous at all!! She was a young African American woman with very long braids. The Dr was very gentile and compassionate as well.

She was very comforting during a painful procedure. She also put me at ease by telling me a little of her background. She was patient with my questions and my anxiety.
