I waited 30 min in the waiting room and 30 min in exam room but I don't mind because he spends adequate time with me if needed. Dr Monte Carlo is an amazing doctor with an amazing relationship with his patients. I am blessed to have found him. I was in the medical field over 24 years and I can tell you he is one of a kind. This was his calling and Cooper should feel happy to have him!
