other than waiting for my disability paperwork to be filled out after i called multiple days in a row. I know i am not the only patient but this is unacceptable

i felt like the doctor did not believe about my pain in the right hand, i felt like embarrassed to be there at cooper. She also made me feel stupid for been there, for a simple sprain. i was just looking to get some help. Terrible experience, for me.
