Ms. Coleman will develop and lead Cooper’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic plan along with our talent acquisition strategy and function. She is a strong leader with significant experience in strategic and functional Human Resources operations. She reports directly to the co-CEOs on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters.
Prior to Cooper, Ms. Coleman was with Comcast, where she was a senior director working with various business units over the course of nine years. She is an innovative human resource leader with experience in areas of organization design, transformation, and talent and performance management. She served for 16 years active duty and several years as a reservist in the United States Navy, in a variety of roles, including human resources and training. She has lived abroad in the Middle East and Europe, where she developed a great deal of cultural understanding and competence. She is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) and is a certified Change Management Professional.
