Benefits-eligible employees are assigned an online course in the CLN as part of the Day 1 Orientation. This course provides a comprehensive view of Cooper’s benefits package, eligibility, and enrollment process.
Go to Cooper’s Benefits Tour page to learn about all your benefits options.
Cooper Benefits
Once you receive your network login and Cooper email account, benefits-eligible employees will receive instructions to complete your enrollment before the end of your first month of employment. Access to benefits enrollment is through the employee intranet, called Pulse, where you can navigate to the Lawson portal. You will have time to review your benefits options before making your elections.
Direct Deposit
Your first Cooper paycheck is a physical check that will be sent by U.S. Mail to your home address listed on file. Similar to setting up your benefits, you’ll need your network login to access the Lawson portal and the Direct Deposit sign-up.
Have your bank account number and routing number ready so that you can complete the form.
If you complete your direct deposit registration in a timely manner, you should start receiving your paycheck electronically via direct deposit by your second paycheck.
Your manager can provide you with the annual Payroll Schedule that shows the dates when paychecks are disbursed.
